How will my rep be assigned to me?

By filling out your member survey, your account representative will be assigned based on not only your needs but also one that can relate to you the most to make this a more personalized experience!

What are our reps office hours?

Our representatives are available in the office between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, with the exception of federal holidays. On game days, each representative will be available at your service at least five hours prior to doors opening.
