1997 – Born on June 26 in Regina, Saskatchewan; raised in Ochapowace First Nation.
2013–14 – Begins major junior career with the Seattle Thunderbirds (WHL).
2014–15 – Drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 5th round (124th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.
2016–17 – Breakout season with Seattle; helps lead the Thunderbirds to a WHL Championship.
2017–18 – Serves as captain of the Thunderbirds; finishes junior career as a top WHL defenseman.
2018–19 – Makes his NHL debut with Edmonton.
2021–22 – Traded to the Carolina Hurricanes;
2022-23 – World Championship Gold Medal
2022–23 – Traded to the Vancouver Canucks, then later claimed off waivers by the Washington Capitals.
2023–24 – Plays for the Washington Capitals organization while continuing his NHL career.
2024–25 – Selected to the AHL All-Star Game (Atlantic Division) and named to the AHL Second All-Star Team.
2025-26 – Made debut with the Bridgeport Islanders. Recorded a three-game point streak to start his season (1G, 2A).
