You've heard the saying time and time again: "A picture is worth a thousand words."

Jeremy Smith (#35) goes for a miraculous save on Laval's Brett Kulak, extending his left arm and pad as far as possible. Smith went on to win the game with 25 saves on 26 shots.

Tanner Fritz (#11) proudly celebrates after scoring the game-winning goal against the Providence Bruins on February 9, 2019. Fritz had two points (one goal, one assist) in Bridgeport's 4-2 victory.

Steve Bernier (#37) shares his displeasure with Utica Comets goaltender Ivan Kulbakov (#31) on January 11, 2019 at the Adirondack Bank Center. Bernier got his revenge with an assist on the game-tying goal in the final five minutes of regulation, which sent the contest to overtime where the Sound Tigers won 4-3.

Twelve-year-old defenseman Kaden Symington signed a one-day American Hockey League contract with the Sound Tigers on February 19, 2019 and practiced with the team at Webster Bank Arena. He was announced as the club's newest player during an official press conference in the locker room, all part of a partnership with Make-A-Wish Connecticut in advance of Make-A-Wish Night on March 23, 2019.

Sebastian Aho (#28) leaves his feet and sails through the air in order to direct a wrist shot on target in a December 5, 2018 game against the Hartford Wolf Pack at Webster Bank Arena. Aho had a game-high two assists that night, including one on that shot which led to Chris Bourque's winner.

Chris Bourque (#7) led the Sound Tigers in scoring with 54 points (15 goals, 39 assists) this season, one of which came on his highlight-reel move on January 26, 2019 at Webster Bank Arena. Despite loosing his balance and turning horizontal in the air, Bourque converted an empty-net tally against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Michael Dal Colle (#17) honored his mother, Wendy, during the 2019 AHL All-Star Challenge in Springfield, Mass. on January 29, 2019. His mother beat breast cancer when Michael was young and the third-year forward, who ended the season with the New York Islanders, shared his continued support for her during his first All-Star Classic.

Christopher Gibson (#33) shares high-fives with young fans in the home tunnel following Bridgeport's 5-1 victory against the Hershey Bears on February 24, 2018 at Webster Bank Arena. Gibson had 25 saves en route to one of his team-leading 22 wins this season.
